Shoreland Property Details

Effective January 1, 2020. When a shoreland property is purchased or sold it is required that the subsurface waste water disposal system be inspected by a person certified to do so. Should the inspection find that the system is malfunctioning, the system must be repaired or replaced within one year after transfer of the property.
